ResMed S+ review

ResMed S+* is a sleep monitoring device that you link to your phone (using an app) this then tells you your sleeping pattern. It tracks your sleep throughout the night. If you suffer from getting a good nights sleep e.g waking up throughout the night. This machine tells when it happens and solutions to fixing that.

The Design and how it works I really like the design of this and it wouldn't look out of place in any bedroom. It is white and silver which will match most furniture (for those of you who are conscious it won't match). The LED light glows red when it is on and not connected to your phone. When it is on and connected to your phone the LED light turns green. The light from this doesn't stop you from getting to sleep as it's really minimal and you don't notice it. For this to work you angle the machine towards your body. This then picks up your movement throughout the night. This gives an accurate result of your sleep pattern.

Mothers Day Gift Guide

This Mothers Day gift guide is in collaboration with Chemist.co.uk*. They are an online website that sell a variety of things such as makeup, skincare, sweets, perfume etc.  I was allowed to pick anything that I wanted from the site. This is what I came up with, all of this came just under £50! Which is a bargain in my opinion considering I picked 15 items from the website. If you are on a budget this Mother's Day or unsure about what to get your Mum. Then I would recommend this site as there are some really good bargains.
Makeup What woman doesn't like to wear makeup from time to time. It's a nice treat to glam yourself up whether you like to wear makeup in general or just to feel good. These are the makeup items that I picked from the site.

Day at Newcastle Races

Last Saturday I was invited to a VIP day at the races thanks to Ladbrokes. This was to celebrate St Patricks day. I was really looking forward to this event as I have been to the races once before but nothing like this.
I knew I was going months in advance which means I had plenty of time to plan my outfit etc. Getting 'dressed up' is all part of race day in my opinion. It's the perfect chance to get glammed up and have a nice day out with the girls etc.
OOTD It was really hard trying to find the 'perfect' dress to wear to the races. I wanted something practical in all weather conditions (the joy's of the unpredictable British weather) but also feminine. I originally wanted a midi dress but after trying so many on they just never suited me. I am 5ft 3 and they made me look even shorter and frumpy. This dress is slightly just above the knee which is a lot more flattering on me. I styled the dress with a cropped black jacket (again to accommodate the cold British …
